ORDERING TERMS:

Minimum Order 
At this time we do not require a minimum order amount. Please Note: We reserve the right to change this policy at any time in the future.
Illinois residents will be required to pay 9% sales tax.

Payment Info:
All Credit Card payments will be processed through our Paypal account Web Stores.

Processing Time:
Sweet Home Wholesale is committed to processing orders promptly subject to the order it was received, order size and shipping destination. It takes most orders approximately 1 to 3 business days to process. Once the order is processed, it will then be sent to our shipping department for shipment. Please read our order delay section to know what to avoid and/or expect. We ask that you allow at least 10 - 14 working days for delivery of your order. Please Note: Some items may ship seperately.

Typographical Errors:
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Sweet Home Wholesale reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect prices. Sweet Home Wholesale reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and you decide to cancel the entire order, Sweet Home Wholesale shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.

COUPON CODES:
If you have been issued a coupon via email or within your order you may use it up to the expiration date if any. Orders must be submitted prior to the expiration date of the coupon or promotion period. To redeem your coupon please enter the code in the area provided during the checkout stage. Each coupon or promotion code can only be used once and cannot be combined with other offers. Online coupons must be redeemed at the time the order is placed and will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order. We cannot replace coupons if they are lost, stolen, or deleted.

Stock Availability/Order Limitations:
Our stock is limited to quantities on hand and may completely sell out in just a few days. There is no guarantee that all items in your shopping cart will be available at the time your order is completed. In which case inventory may, or may not be restocked. Sweet Home Wholesale reserves the right to limit quantities or reject any order you place with us without notice. Any order that contains more than 25% of out-of-stock items will receive a email from a sales rep to confirm shipment, which may cause a delay if the customer cannot be reached that very day. In addition, these customers will have the option to substitute out-of-stock items with available similiar items or backorder the item. In such cases, we will generally attempt to contact you with further details via email.

CANCELLATIONS:
Customers who wish to cancel their entire order after the order processing has begun, will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If customers wish to cancel only a few items and the order processing has begun, they will not incur any penalty fees. However, partially cancelled orders will experience a order processing delay.
