Shipping transit time depends on the following chart:

| Midwest | 7 to 14 business days |

ORDER DELAYS
Shipment of orders may be delayed if:
*We do not have complete information or proper delivery instructions.
*We do not have complete payment for your order.
*An order contains more than 25% out-of-stock items, in this case a *salesperson will contact the customer for replacement items and to *confirm the shipment. This may cause a delay if customer cannot be *reached immediately.
*Customers cannot be reached during the final processing stage to *confirm details.
*Unforeseen emergencies or natural disasters occur.
*The order is submitted during peak or holiday seasons.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/ACCOUNT CREDIT
Please check your items as quickly as possible. All return claims must be reported within 24 hrs of receipt.
Customers who wish to return their merchandise because they are simply not satisfied with, or dislikes the item(s) may do so within 3 days (Postmarked) from the date of delivery receipt. However, customers will bear the cost of return shipping, subject to a restocking fee (see below), and less original shipping fees. Remaining balance will be issued as a in-store credit to the customers account. Credits not used within a 180 day period will be refunded. Please Note: Returns will not be accepted without prior contact with us first, and followed by a submitted Authorization Form download here . All returns must be in re-salable condition.
Restocking fee: $10.00 or 25% whichever is greater.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE/DISCONTINUED ITEMS.
